These Terms govern your use of SetPostGo, operated by Lyrion Ltd, registered in England and Wales (No. 16904877), with its registered office at Milton Keynes, MK9 2PG.
By creating an account or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SetPostGo.
SetPostGo provides a subscription service delivering pre-written, profession-specific social media content to subscribers via a web-based dashboard. Content is provided as a creative service and is licensed for your professional use as described below.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access the platform using your credentials. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep that information current.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable plan rate.
Founding member pricing is locked for the duration of your continuous subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, standard pricing applies.
Annual plans are billed in full upfront. The saving relative to monthly billing is equivalent to two months free.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing admin@setpostgo.xyz. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for mid-period cancellations.
We reserve the right to offer refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
All content delivered through SetPostGo is written by Lyrion Ltd or contracted specialists and is owned by Lyrion Ltd. Upon active subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, copy and publish the content for your own professional social media profiles and those of your firm.
You may not: resell, redistribute or sublicense the content to third parties without an Agency plan or written agreement with us. Agency plan subscribers are granted white-label rights as described in their plan terms.

You are solely responsible for how you use the content provided. SetPostGo provides content templates. You remain responsible for reviewing content before posting and ensuring it complies with your professional obligations.
SetPostGo is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the content will achieve any particular result for your business. Content provided for regulated professions is written to be compliant with general guidelines. It does not constitute legal, financial or medical advice and does not replace professional regulatory review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyrion Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of SetPostGo. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in that period.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance.
